Today we did a fun dance. In our dance we showed different jobs that people do in different seasons. Our dance was like a cycle because we did the same moves over and over again. We liked the dance moves and the parts when we jumped and watered the garden.

We learned about CYCLES in nature. The leaves and the trees change in a cycle. The seasons change in a cycle. The flowers and plants change in a cycle. Butterflies change in a cycle. Days and nights change in a cycle.

Today we talked about the sun and the seasons. The seasons change and they go in a cycle. We also talked about trees. In the spring trees grow buds, in summer there are hundreds of leaves on the trees. In fall, all leaves fall and in winter time trees have no leaves and they look frozen.

Today we talked about the sun.
Here are some things we learned:
1. Nothing can live on the sun because it is a ball of fire and nothing can grow on fire.
2. The sun is a ball of fire.
3. The sun rays are hot.
4. The sun is a star.
5. The sun is very hot.
6. You can't look at the sun because it can hurt your eyes.
7. The earth spins around the sun.
8. The sun is always there for us.
9. If there was no sun it would be dark and the plants would not grow.
10. If there was no sun the water would be frozen.
